Pricing Manager - Manufacturing Building Products - Base Salary to 130k/year - Lebanon, NJ

  • Our client, an inspiring global leader in architectural building products manufacturing with 70+ years of experience in a wide range of markets, is seeking a Pricing Manager with expertise in the Building Products Industry to build a pricing program from scratch.
  • The Pricing Manager will report directly to the VP of Strategic Sourcing and work closely with the Market Research Manager, Business Unit Directors, and Product Managers to create a streamlined market driven and discount structured pricing process.  Candidates for this role will be preferably based near our clients’ Lebanon, NJ location for a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote), though this role can also be based near other company locations.


  • Develop and implement pricing strategies & reliable processes
  • Conduct market research and analysis to justify pricing against industry trends
  • Define and execute a pricing improvement roadmap
  • In partnership with the VP of Strategic Sourcing, follow and act upon larger economic and supply chain trends regarding that affect product pricing
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales & BU management to develop pricing models for new products, programs and continuous product line rationalization.
  • Help define selling approaches and best practices
  • Develop an offensive pricing strategy that provides competitive advantages
  • Assist in the development of key account pricing
  • Monitor and evaluate pricing reports providing insight to senior management.


  • Bachelor’s degree minimum with Master’s / MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of commercial Building Products industry Pricing (product management and / or complex product line pricing analysis experience)
  • Experience with pricing software and ability to link to ERP (MS Dynamics or other)
  • Experience with multi-functional teams, executives and business leaders to drive timely decisions, profitability and product line logic improvements
  • Project management & process improvement training (Six Sigma, TQM, Lean, etc.)
  • Relevant pricing related certifications (CPP, financial, etc.)


  • Base salary in the 110k – 130k/year range
