Plumbing Estimator - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 115k/year - Coventry, RI
- Our client is a MEP servicing company, catering to both commercial and residential sectors, with a focus on providing high-quality service. They prioritize customer satisfaction by offering competitive pricing and ensuring excellence in their work throughout the entire service process. They have an immediate need for a Plumbing Estimator to cover Rhode Island and parts of Massachusetts. This is a role that will regularly report to the office located in Coventry, RI.
- In this role, the Plumbing Estimator will work and develop relationships with general contractors, project managers, architects, and engineers to provide estimates for mostly new construction as well as some retrofits in residential, commercial, and industrial. The Plumbing Estimator will be doing project plans, specifications, generating cost estimates, budgeting, and proposals. They will also be responsible for understanding the plumbing system and design.
- The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years of experience with Plumbing estimating or related role along with a Bachelor's degree in construction management or field experience. Must have experience with plumbing. The candidate should be comfortable with managing bids through the entire process and use estimating software as well as have strong math and organizational skills and provide exceptional customer service.
- Base salary in the 110k – 115k/year range. Our client also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including full healthcare and dental, generous paid time off, 3% 401k contribution after your first year, and more.
