Mold Maker - Plastics Manufacturing - Base Salary to 40.00/hour - Madison, WI

• Our client is a custom plastics manufacturer offering a variety of solutions to customers including mold making, plastics processing, and engineering.
• They are currently looking for Mold Maker for their team in Madison. The Mold Maker will be responsible for the specialized building, repairing, and maintenance of plastic injection molds & components while working cross-functionally with the internal engineering team as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Performs routine and preventative maintenance on molds and injection molding equipment
• Operates standard tool room equipment
• Performs set-ups and adjustments on all tool room equipment
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot injection molding machines as needed
• Flexibility to work press side as issues arise

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 5+ years of hands on experience in mold making for injection molding
• Plus for CNC programming abilities
• Ability to read/interpret drawings & blueprints
• Background in SolidWorks and/or PC-DMIS is preferred

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary up to 40.00/hour along with relocation assistance to the greater Madison, WI area if needed.
