Plant Manager – Pipe Extrusion – Base Salary to 135k/year – Fort Worth, TX
- Our client, an industry leader in high-performance polyethylene pipe, is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the Texas facility in overall plant operations.
- In this role, the Plant Manager will be responsible for facility’s safety, quality, service, productivity and financial performance. The Plant Manager will be the main point of contact between the company’s corporate office and the manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a Safe work environment for all employees
- Provide excellent customer service through overseeing fleet operations, account management and inventory tracking
- Budgetary Responsibility
- Introduce KPIs to meet or exceed Productivity, Maintenance & Quality Goals
- Prepare Regular Financial Reports to Management
- Ensure Efficient Management of Raw Materials, Equipment & Product Inventories
Qualifications:
- 4-Year Bachelors Degree or Technical Degree Preferred
- 4+ Years of Plant Management Experience or 7+ Years of Experience in Production Management
- Profile or Pipe Extrusion Experience Required
- Strong Technical & Troubleshooting Knowledge
- Expe4rience with Lean/Six Sigma Methods
- Experience leading teams of 25+ Employees
Compensation for this role includes a base salary up to 135k/year, plus annual bonus. Our client also offers competitive health and life benefits & 401k. Relocation assistance is available.
