Personal Lines Sales Representative - P&C Insurance Company - Base Salary to 45k/year - Phoenix, AZ
  • Our client is a large P&C Insurance brokerage company that is looking to add to their personal lines sales team.  This is a fully remote position.  The Personal Lines Sales Representative will work on an east coast schedule of 11am-8pm. 
  • Our client is looking for someone that has an interest in a call center style of remote position.  Emphasis on someone that has worked in the insurance business selling products such as auto, home and RV insurance.  
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls to assist potential and existing clients with their insurance inquiries. Identify and address customer needs with available products.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to follow up on leads, engaging potential clients to convert inquiries into sales
  • Document all sales activities in a timely and organized manner to ensure appropriate follow-up
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of property and casualty insurance experience with auto, home and RV
  • Strong communication and follow up sales skills
  • Currently licensed in one of the lower 48 states
  • Ability to work from home with reliable network and computer system
  • Ability to work an 11am-8pm east coast schedule
Compensation:
  • Base salary to 45k/year plus uncapped commission structure.
