Personal Lines Sales Agent - Independent Multicarrier Agency - Commission Based - Orlando, FL
- Our client, an Independent Multicarrier Agency, has an immediate need for a Personal Lines Sales Agent to work on a 1099 basis. Our client is a growing agency where you own your book of business.
- This is a remote opportunity. Candidates must reside within the state of Florida for full consideration for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow a book of business consisting of personal lines customer with auto, home, and specialty policies such as boat and watercraft.
- Work with account executives who handle all the back-end tasks, freeing your time to sell.
- Develop relationships within your area to grow your book of business.
Qualifications:
- 20-44 or 220 license.
- 3+ years of insurance sales experience.
- Ability to work remotely.
Compensation:
- 100% commission 1099 based role.
- Draw plus commission option available.
- Top earners in this role can make 200k/year or more !
- 80% New & 30% Renewal commission rates.
