Personal Lines Producer - Insurance Agency – Base Salary to 55k/year - Centennial, CO
- Our client, an insurance agency with a long-tenured team and over 100 years of combined insurance experience, has an immediate need for a skilled Personal Lines Producer to join their team. This close-knit agency provides a comprehensive range of commercial, personal, and life insurance. This in an in office position.
Responsibilities:
- The Personal Lines Producer will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients who have auto, home, umbrella, renters, and condo insurance needs. You will be driving new business growth of target clientele through various channels. The Personal Lines Producer will be responsible for converting leads to sales by making outbound calls to bring in new business. Additionally, the Personal Lines Producer will be responsible for developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, explaining insurance policy options, and closing sales. This is a sales-focused role as account management/servicing is done by the service team. They are unlike other captive agencies as they can sell directly to multiple carriers.
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of insurance sales experience.
- Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed.
- Candidates from a captive or independent agency are encouraged to apply.
- Sales-focused mentality and great work ethic.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 45k - 55k/year range plus commission on new business. No quota to hit.
- Benefits package including a health insurance stipend, 401k with match, PTO, Paid Holidays, etc.
