Personal Lines Producer - Insurance Agency – Total Compensation to 80k/year - Golden Valley, MN
- Our client, a small & well-respected insurance agency in the Golden Valley, MN area has an immediate need for a skilled Personal Lines Producer to join their team. This close-knit agency provides a comprehensive range of small business, personal, and life insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients who have auto, home, umbrella, condo, and renters insurance needs
- Develop networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, etc
- Drive new business growth of target clientele through various channels including prospecting, given leads and referral sources
- Convert leads to sales by making outbound calls to bring in new business.
- Develop insurance quotes, making sales presentations, explaining insurance policy options, and closing sales
Qualifications:
- 1+ Years of insurance sales experience.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed.
- Candidates from a captive or independent agency are encouraged to apply.
Compensation:
- Total compensation includes a base salary up to 35k/year, plus commission on new business and end of year bonus. Expected income between 50k – 80k/year in the first year with commission.
- Health Insurance stipend. 401k + match, 2 weeks PTO, paid holidays.
