Personal Lines Producer - Insurance - Base Salary to 65k/year - Manheim, PA
- Our client, a small, family owned insurance agency based in Manheim, PA has an immediate need for a Personal Lines Producer to join their team in Manheim or at their second location in Gordonville. They have an excellent relationship with their clients and are well-respected in their community due to their commitment to excellence and their strong values.
- The Personal Lines Producer will be responsible for capitalizing on inbound Personal Lines leads while cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Converting inbound personal lines leads into new clients by capitalizing on initial conversations
- Seeking out opportunities to round out accounts at point of sale (umbrella, motorcycle, life and disability, etc.
- Taking notes and documenting all client communication
- Working with sales team to achieve regular team-based sales goals
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Personal Lines Sales
- Currently Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 40k – 65k/year range, plus commission/bonus opportunities
