Personal Lines Insurance Program Manager - National Insurance Company - Base Salary to 150k/year - Anaheim, CA
- Our client, a leading national insurance company, has an immediate opening for a Personal Lines Manger to work on a hybrid basis in their Anaheim office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prominent industry leader with significant potential for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Overall management or daily operations on the personal lines program.
- Monitoring program performance and KPI’s of team members.
- Apply underwriting rules and guidelines, rating manual rules and insurance laws and regulations.
- Assess risk quality and compliance within company guidelines and initiate appropriate loss prevention actions.
- Participates in visiting agents, brokers and producers with a more senior underwriter and learns to retain existing accounts, build and maintain business relationships and develop new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience working with personal line insurance policies.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity.
- Knowledge of best practices in underwriting, risk assessment, and compliance procedures.
- Availability for limited travel.
Compensation:
- Base salary to 150k/year.
- PPO Medical & Dental Insurance, Vision & Life Insurance, 401k, and Paid Vacation & Sick Days
- Hybrid work schedule after 90 days.
