Personal Lines Insurance Producer - Independent Multicarrier Agency - Base Salary to 55k/year - Milburn, NJ
- Our client, a growing independent agency, has an immediate need for a Personal Lines Insurance Producer to join their team. This agency prides itself on its white glove customer service approach while maintaining a family operated feel. This is a great opportunity for a junior level insurance Producer to join the team and learn/grow in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow new relationships with personal line customers. Commercial Lines experience a plus.
- Partner with Account Executives on renewal business.
- In addition to the provided leads, you will perform cold calling to build and grow your book of business.
Qualifications:
- Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- 1+ years of experience in a producer role desired.
- Desire to work in sales.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 45k - 55k/year range, plus commission.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k
- In-office opportunity.
