Personal Lines Customer Service Representative - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 75k/year - Croton-on-Hudson, NY
- Our client is a well-established independent insurance agency renowned for its commitment to white-glove customer service and a culture that prioritizes employee satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Manage insurance policies for individual clients, ensuring that policies are accurate, up-to-date, and meet the client's needs including issuing new policies, renewing existing ones, and adjusting as needed.
- Provide customers with quotes and assist them to make informed decisions. Including cross selling of insurance products.
- Work closely with insurance agents, underwriters, and other team members to provide comprehensive support to clients.
- Provide support to customers with billings and payment processing inquiries.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of insurance industry experience with personal or commercial lines.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) licensed.
- Proficient with AMS360 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of insurance carrier guidelines, coverages, and terminology.
- Ability to work effectively in an office setting.
Compensation:
- Base pay up to 75k/year plus bonus potential.
- Medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
