Personal Lines Customer Service Representative – Captive Agency – Base Salary to 65k/year – Scottsdale, AZ
- Our client, a close-knit captive agency that provides auto, home, life, retirement planning, business, renters insurance and more in the Scottsdale AZ area, has an immediate need for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative.
- In this Personal Lines Customer Service Representative role, you will be responsible for daily service to an assigned book of personal accounts consisting of home, auto, boat, umbrella, renters' insurance, etc. In addition, you will also be responsible for providing customer service, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, billing clarification, etc. Other responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, marketing products, etc.
Qualifications:
- P&C Licensed
- 2+ years' experience handling personal accounts.
- Customer service oriented and ability to work in a team environment.
- CRM Experience
Compensation: for this position includes a base salary of 50k - 65k/year, and a complete benefits package including medical, dental, PTO, 401k, growth opportunities, etc. This position is a in office role.
