Personal Lines CSR – Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 55k/year + Benefits - Brooklyn, NY
- Our client, a close-knit and well-established independent insurance agency in the Brooklyn area, has an immediate need for a skilled Personal Lines CSR. Since their inception 50+ years ago, they have developed an excellent reputation for providing a client-focused solutions and customer service for commercial, personal, and life insurance needs.
Responsibilities:
- The Personal Lines CSR will be a key player to the team. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls, greeting clients, taking payments, remarketing, servicing auto, home, renters, umbrella clients, quoting, cross-sell, and retain existing and new clients.
Qualifications:
- P&C (Property and Casualty) License required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Knowledge of EPIC preferred. Can train!
- Candidates from a captive agency encouraged to apply!
- Must be willing to come in-office 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 45k - 55k/year range depending on experience.
- In addition, the agency offers 100% employer paid health insurance for the employee, 401k, PTO, paid holidays, yearly raises and bonus.
