Personal Lines Account Manager - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 90k/year - Greenwich, CT

  • Our client, a respected independent insurance agency in the Greenwich, CT area, has an immediate need for a Personal Lines Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily service to an assigned book of middle market & high net worth clients.
  • Responsible for quoting, placement, and servicing of homeowners, secondary homes, auto, flood, umbrella, valuables, watercraft, collectibles, and workers compensation.
  • Day to day includes: Phone, Email, & In-person customer service; marketing new & renewal business, seeking new business referrals, preparing endorsements, seek cross-sell opportunities and suggest new lines of coverage, invoicing as needed, maintaining accurate files, and reviewing renewals.

Qualifications:

  • Must be Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed in NY or CT. EPIC experience is required.
  • Experienced in servicing high net worth clients.
  • Experience with carriers including Chubb, AIG/PCS, PURE, BerkleyOne, Cincinnati, Travelers and Progressive.

Compensation:

  • Base salary in the 75k – 90k/year range, plus a lucrative commission structure.
  • 100% Employer Paid Health Insurance, 401k, Profit Sharing, Paid Holidays, Multiple Bonuses, Long/Short Term Disability, PTO, etc.
  • Hybrid work schedule.
  • Can provide phone/computer for home office and commute stipend.
