Personal Lines Account Manager – Independent Insurance Agency – Base Salary to 55k/year – Stroudsburg, PA
- Our client, an 86+ year insurance agency in the Stroudsburg, PA area has an immediate need for a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. This family-owned and growth-focused agency provides a comprehensive range of personal and commercial insurance products.
Responsibilities:
- The Personal Lines Account Manager will be an integral and key player in the growth of the team. This person will be responsible for servicing personal lines accounts such as home, auto, boat, umbrella, motorcycle, RV, etc. You will be responsible for endorsements, recommendations for coverage, ID cards, proposals, certs, cross selling, up selling, etc.
Qualifications:
- 2+ Years of Insurance experience as it pertains to personal lines.
- P&C Licensed.
- AMS360 experience preferred.
- Must be a team-player that is committed to growing with the agency.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 45k - 55k/year range plus commission on new business as well as growth & retention incentives.
- Full benefits package including Medical, PTO, 401k plus match, Group Life, Short Term Disability, Paid Holidays, etc.
- In office.
