Personal Lines Account Manager – Independent Agency – Base Salary to 60k/year – Stroudsburg, PA
- Our client, an 80+ year independent insurance agency in the Stroudsburg, Pa area has an immediate need for a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. They are a fast-growing insurance business handling personal and commercial lines of insurance. They provide a comprehensive range of both commercial and personal insurance products as well.
- The Personal Lines Account Manager will be an integral and key player in the growth of the team. This person will be responsible for a book of personal lines accounts consisting of auto, home, umbrella, boat, etc. You will be responsible for providing a high-level of customer service to their customers and maintaining relationships. Responsible for servicing, policy changes, ID cards, endorsements, proposals, claims, quoting, cross-selling, etc.
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of Insurance experience as it pertains to personal lines
- Experience with EPIC agency management system a plus
- P&C Licensed
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 40k – 60k/year range + Commission & Quarterly Bonus
- Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, (Company pays $500 a month towards benefits), PTO, Paid Holidays, continuous education, company outings & events, promotion from within, etc.
