Personal Lines Account Manager – Captive Agency – Base Salary to 55k/year – Lake Charles, LA
- Our client, a close-knit captive agency, in business for 60 years, that provides auto, home, life, retirement planning, business, renters insurance and more in the Lake Charles, Louisiana , has an immediate need for a Personal Lines Account Manager.
- In this Personal Lines Account Manager role, you will be responsible for daily service to an assigned book of personal accounts consisting of home, auto, boat, umbrella, renters insurance, etc. You will assist with new and renewal business transactions. Other responsibilities include helping with company ratings, marketing products, obtaining lost funds etc.
Qualifications:
- P&C Licensed
- 3+ years' experience handling personal accounts.
- Customer service oriented and ability to work in a team environment.
- Familiar with Docusign & EPIC/ Applied TAM
Compensation: for this position includes a base salary up to 55k/year, plus bonuses, and a complete benefits package including medical, dental, growth opportunities, etc. This position is a hybrid role working 40 hours per week.
