Personal Lines Account Executive – Independent Agency – Base Salary to 70k/year - Teaneck, NJ
- Our client, a 100+ year independent insurance agency in the Teaneck, NJ area has an immediate need for a skilled Personal Lines Account Executive to join their team. They are well respected and have been listed as one of the top 50 agencies in the country. They provide a comprehensive range of both commercial and personal insurance products.
Responsibilities:
- The Personal Lines Account Executive will be an integral and key player in the growth of the team.
- This person will be responsible for a book of personal lines accounts consisting of auto, home, umbrella, boat, flood etc.
- You will be responsible for providing a high-level of customer service to clients and maintaining existing relationships.
- You will be responsible for renewals, issuing ID cards, certificates of insurance, endorsements, policy changes etc.
- Other responsibilities include remarketing and/or rewriting policies, assisting the claims department, reviewing coverages, assisting in the collection of agency bill owed premiums, and working as a team with other Account Executives.
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of Insurance experience as it pertains to personal lines
- Experience with EPIC agency management system a plus
- P&C Licensed
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 70k/year.
- Opportunity for commission when bringing in new business.
- Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match, PTO, Paid Holidays, etc.
- Hybrid schedule (a minimum of 10 days per month in-office).
