Outside Sales Representative - Forming and Shoring - Base Salary to 95k/year - Nashville, TN

• Our client is a global leader in forming and shoring supporting a wide range of industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Their commitment and service helps customers maximize productivity and safety on every job site.
  
• They are seeking to add an Outside Sales Representative to their Nashville area. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships for forming and shoring products and services in the Nashville area. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business development skills to deliver tailored solutions and coordinate safe, efficient project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and grow relationships with existing customers.
  
• Consult with contractors and project managers to assess forming and shoring needs.
  
• Review project specifications, blueprints, and plans to develop proposals and bids.
  
• Coordinate sales, delivery, erection, and dismantling of forming and shoring systems.
  
• Collaborate with job site crews and management to ensure safe and profitable project execution.
  
• Present proposals, address customer questions and objections, and negotiate pricing and terms.
  
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and account follow-up to maintain strong financial health.
  
• Track and document sales activities, expenses, and market intelligence.
  
• Monitor competitor activity and maintain awareness of market trends.
  
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving job site system modifications or issues.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales experience with forming and shoring products
  
• High School diploma required; Associate’ s or Bachelor’ s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred.
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
  

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 75k - 95k/year range
  
• Uncapped commission
  
• Car allowance
