Outside Sales Representative - Construction - Base Salary to 100k/year - Dallas, TX
  • Our client, a nationally recognized construction firm, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive business development efforts focused on design-build construction services for financial institutions.
  • This role is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and selling commercial construction solutions to banks, credit unions, and related financial facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities within the financial institution sector (banks, credit unions, and related facilities)
  • Sell design-build construction services, including new construction, renovations, and facility upgrades
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers such as facilities managers, executives, and ownership groups
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through project award
  • Deliver client presentations and proposals tailored to construction project needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align project scope, pricing, and timelines
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling within one of the following industries:
    • Commercial construction
    • Architecture and design services
    • Building products or construction-related services
  • Experience developing new business and managing client relationships
  • Must reside within Texas, with ability to travel throughout the state for client meetings

Compensation:
  • Base salary in the 85k - 100k/year range
  • Commission structure based on sales performance
  • Travel expenses covered
