- Our client, an expert in energy efficiency and a wholesaler/distributor of HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment for over 98 years is looking for an exceptional leader with experience in all aspects of warehouse management.
- The Outside Sales Representative be a crucial member for this team, leveraging their knowledge of hydronics, plumbing, or HVAC systems! With a minimum of 2 years of successful industry experience, the Outside Sales Representative will dive into the heart of technical know-how and market finesse, all while crafting new business opportunities and fostering existing client relationships in the designated territory.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Utilize modern communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate the features and benefits of our products and services to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Employ negotiation skills and attention to detail to successfully close sales and exceed targets.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure positive customer experiences and optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of successful experience in hydronics, plumbing, or HVAC sales.
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects or market dynamics of hydronics, plumbing, or HVAC products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 105k/year
