Outside Sales Representative – Building Products/Construction – Base Salary to 100k/year – Rochester, MN

They are a top-of-class organization and are dedicated to hiring individuals who understand the importance of providing excellent customer service to their customer base.
  • They are currently looking to add an Outside Sales Representative in Rochester as they continue to grow their business. The Outside Sales Representative will create, maintain and cultivate customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect clients
  • Attend preconstruction meetings
  • Oversee projects to completion
  • Estimate material takeoff

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in construction sales and project management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Compensation:

  • Base salary in the 70k - 100k/year range, flexible dependent on experience
  • Commission plus draw plan after first 6 months to 1 year, dependent on ramp up time and candidate needs
  • Health/Vision/Dental Insurance
  • 401k with match
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Uncapped commissions after ramp up period
