Multifamily Regional Asset Manager - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 140k/year - Austin, TX

- The Multifamily Regional Asset Manager position will encompass developing and implementing business plans for each asset. The Multifamily Regional Asset Manager will ensure the efficient operations and profitability of each property by maximizing rents, controlling expenses, creating and maintaining property budgets, tracking and reporting project status, managing capital expenditures, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and monitoring insurance and litigation claims.
Responsibilities:
- Drive operational and financial performance while identifying and managing potential risks.
- Optimize portfolio success by maximizing returns and minimizing costs.
- Collaborate with 3rd Party Property Management Companies, internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure coordination and efficiency in daily operations, capital expenditures, and refinancing instances.
- Supervise, manage, coach, and mentor subordinates.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams.
- Monitor asset performance by reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on monthly financials, cash flow modeling, budgeting, and reforecasting.
- Ensure concerns are addressed and informed decisions are made accurately and timely to maximize returns.
- Ensure service and product expectations are maintained by onsite management teams.
- Take personal responsibility for clear, efficient, and timely communication with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Multifamily Property Management experience, including a minimum of 5+ years as a Regional Property Manager.
- Proven track record overseeing 3,000+ units, specifically in Texas.
- Experience with Yardi and other Property Management Systems.
- New construction lease-up experience equivalent to 3+ years required.
- Experience with both owner operator and third-party property management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; CPM Designation is highly preferred.
- Active Texas Real Estate Broker’s License required or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
Compensation:
- Base salary to 140k/year with 5% Profit Share
