Marketing Coordinator - Insurance - Base Salary to 75k/year - Houston, TX

• Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives for organizations within the insurance, real estate, and lending industries. This is a contract opportunity, that offers the potential to become a full-time position for the right candidate. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with campaign execution, content creation, digital marketing initiatives, SEO efforts, event coordination, and partner marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Assist with brand awareness, lead generation, and partner marketing initiatives
• Coordinate marketing campaigns from planning through execution
• Create, edit, distribute, and manage marketing content for digital and print channels
• Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and marketing automation initiatives
• Assist with SEO initiatives, keyword optimization, and content marketing efforts
• Manage social media content and scheduling across multiple platforms
• Maintain website content using content management systems (CMS)
• Track campaign performance using marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Coordinate marketing assets with external vendors and partners
• Assist with event planning, trade shows, partner events, and promotional activities
• Support marketing operations, campaign reporting, and administrative marketing functions
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on ongoing marketing projects

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and marketing campaign execution
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, keyword optimization, and content marketing concepts
• Experience creating and managing marketing content
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), CRM platforms, Google Analytics, or marketing automation platforms
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, email communications, digital content, and event coordination

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 60k - 75k/year range
• At this time, this is only a contract role but could go full time permanently for the right person in Houston.
