Welder - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 26.00/hour - Gallatin, TN

• AllSearch Recruiting has a client that is a U.S.-based manufacturer that produces premium truck bodies designed for landscaping, hauling, construction, equipment distribution, and agriculture. They are looking for a Welder to join their team in Gallatin, TN. Hours for this position are: Monday– Friday, 6: 00 a.M.– 2: 30 p.M. Or 2: 15 pm- 10: 45 pm.

Responsibilities:

• MIG-weld steel components to blueprint/drawing specifications.
  
• Read and interpret blueprints/drawings to confirm joints, weld symbols, and sequence.
  
• Verify measurements, fit-up, and quality before and after welds.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in blueprint reading.
  
• Hands-on experience with a MIG welder (production or job-shop environment preferred).

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 18.00 - 26.00/hour range
  
• 401k: 100% match up to 6% of salary (after 1 year).
