Regional Sales Manager - Building Products - Base Salary to 90k/year - Atlanta, GA

• Our client, a Plastics & Foam Manufacturer, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their Building Products team in Georgia.
  
• In this role, the Regional Sales Manager will manage a team of Sales Representatives and ensure company targets and objectives are being met.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on building out a sales team
  
• Develop Sales Plan and mentor your team on techniques
  
• Assist your team with the proposal process and price quotes
  
• Forecast and track key account metrics including sales forecasts, results and annual forecast projections
  
• Monitor competition & market trends related to pricing & products
  
• Work in conjunction with other departments to solve customer issues
  
• Provide support for marketing and communication programs- Trade Shows, Articles, Web & Brochures
• 50% travel throughout the year with team to customer sites

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative
  
• Proven experience working in the building products industry
  
• Experience building and leading a team
  
• Supervisory experience

Compensation:

• Base salary to 90k/year
  
• Annual bonus
  
• Full benefits package
