Regional Sales Manager - Building Products - Base Salary to 90k/year - Atlanta, GA
  • Our client, a Plastics & Foam Manufacturer, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team within the division of Building Products.
  • In this role, the Regional Sales Manager will manage multiple Sales Representatives in different assigned territories.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage team of Sales Representatives in multiple state territory
  • Assist in the development of sales team
  • Prospect new customers
  • Forecast and track key account metrics including sales forecasts, results and annual forecast projections
  • Monitor competition & market trends related to pricing & products
  • Work in conjunction with other departments to solve customer issues

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in a Sales/Management position (building products industry or related industry preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Related Field
  • Must be based in the state of Georgia for full consideration for this position
  • Must be open to 50% travel to multiple state territory to manage and develop sales team

Compensation:
  • Base salary to 90k/year
  • 20% Bonus
  • Full Benefits Package
