Manager of Voluntary Benefits Administration - Benefits Enrollment Firm - Base Salary to 100k/year - Northbrook, IL

  • Our client, a voluntary benefits enrollment firm in the Northbrook, IL area has an immediate need for a Manager of Voluntary Benefits Administration to join their team. They offer custom solutions and enrollment services that provide added value to existing benefits programs as directed by the benefits broker. The ideal candidate for this position will possess experience with employee voluntary benefits insurance experience, and creation/supervision of the on-site core and voluntary benefits enrollment schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise/create the on-site core and voluntary benefits enrollment schedule, additional divisions enrollment, and new hires employee’s enrollment.
  • Supervise call center staffing directly related to the above point.

Qualifications:

  • 5-years experience working with employee voluntary benefits, having worked in employee benefits insurance agency or insurance company.
  • Excellent excel knowledge, Adobe knowledge (to update Open Enrollment announcement flyers and Benefit Guides).
  • One drive work experience.
  • Creating QR codes and links where we place documents a plus.
  • Enrollment platform knowledge: Selerix, Paycom, Paychex, UKG, SincHR and Calendly appointment system.

Compensation:

  • Base salary up to 100k/year plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, Paid Holidays and an annual bonus.
  • In office Monday - Friday.
