Maintenance Technician - Agricultural Maintenance - Base Salary to 40.00/hour - Colby, KS

• Our client, a well-respected leader in their industry known for providing a supportive and safety-focused work environment, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team.
  
• The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing hands-on repairs, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting daily operations to ensure the facility runs safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on pumps, motors, blowers, and compressors
  
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems
  
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and assist with safe work permitting
  
• Replace oil and filters, and clean equipment like separator screens
  
• Monitor and record system performance using instruments and controls
  
• Identify and respond to operational issues to maintain efficiency
  
• Document maintenance and operational activities using Microsoft Office
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment indoors and outdoors
  
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to support daily operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, or welding work preferred
  
• Willingness to work in outdoor and physically demanding conditions

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 40.00/hour
