- Our client focuses on the modernization and maintenance of elevators, escalators and moving walkways throughout South Florida, New Mexico, and Arizona. - The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee field operations, manage repairs, and enforce safety protocols, ensuring smooth and efficient elevator maintenance projects. They will lead a team, conduct safety audits, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead field operations for all service and maintenance projects, ensuring top-notch performance.
- Maintain project schedules and uphold deadlines to meet client expectations.
- Develop action plans to enhance safety, reduce callback rates, and improve technical support.
- Collaborate with service sales representatives to identify upgrade and repair opportunities.
- Drive improvements in maintenance service documentation, methods, and delivery.
- Manage budgets for materials and labor, ensuring cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct field education training to foster a safe working environment.
- Perform safety audits, job site inspections, and develop site safety plans.
- Cultivate professional relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm hours
Qualifications:
- Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft-based computer software.
- Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in the elevator industry or similar field, preferred
- Knowledge of elevators, service contracting, and service estimating is preferred
- Certification of Competency from state of Florida, preferred
- Experience with CRM LiftKeeper, preferred
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 140k/year
- Yearly bonus plan
