- Our client, a strong, stable family-owned mechanical systems company is in immediate need for a Maintenance Sales Representative. They have been a top player in the industry for over 50 years and pride themselves on their unrivaled performance and uncompromising integrity. As this is not a big corporate environment, you will be a key player in a well-run local company; not just a number in a giant corporation.
- In this position, the Maintenance Sales Representative will be responsible for new business generation and hunting for new customers. The Maintenance Sales Representative will work closely with and answer directly to the company’s Sales Manager in developing and implementing new growth strategies. They will sell to facility owners, maintenance managers and engineers.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 2+ years of proven outside sales success, preferably with experience in HVAC or selling a service. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
Compensation: Our client is offering a base salary up to 80k/year and an uncapped bonus/commission structure that put you into the six figure range. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more. Additionally, there are other perks tied to company culture that make it a plus to work for this family-owned business!

What did you want to be when you grew up?
From the time I was a baby, I always had this tiny pink basketball in my hand and a smile on my face. When I started to grow out of that tiny pink ball, I upgraded to an actual basketball and I dribbled it every day to elementary school with that same smile on my face. So obviously, my dream was to be a WNBA player! Unfortunately, I wasn’t THAT good. I played in college and had the opportunity to coach at the collegiate level which ended up being an even bigger dream come true. I learned my true passion was for people and helping them reach their goals, which essentially lead me to this career in recruiting. Now, I don’t dribble my ball to work every day, but I do come to work with a SMILE every day!
