Maintenance Manager – Plastics Recycling – Base Salary to 125k/year – Dallas, TX
- Our client, a Plastics Recycling operation, is seeking a Maintenance Manager responsible for the overseeing all activities for the Maintenance Department including Plant Machinery and Facilities.
- In this role, the Maintenance Manager will coordinate all projects & repairs with plant personnel & outside contractors. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for developing & implementing Preventative Maintenance plans & actions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance of the building, facility and all equipment.
- Implementing Reliability Programs & Scheduled Maintenance
- Responsible for Guiding Repairs, Routine Maintenance, Installs & Upgrades
- Manage all Maintenance Personnel
- Identify & Manage Skills Training for Maintenance Team
- Drive Results & Perform in a fast-paced, 24x7 Operation
- Stay informed & in compliance with OSHA Standards
- Hands-on Leader with ability to motivate teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ Years of Maintenance Management within a Heavy Industrial Environment
- Strong knowledge of Engineering Concepts, Hydraulic & Mechanical Systems, Conveyors, & Automation
- Bilingual- Spanish/English
- Excellent Problem Solving, Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Skills
Compensation for this role includes a base salary up to 125k/year, plus an annual bonus. Our client also offers competitive health and life benefits & 401k.
