Litigation Counsel – National Insurance Company – Base Salary to 150k/year - Anaheim, CA
Job Description
- Our client, a leading national insurance company, has an immediate opening for a Litigation Counsel at their Anaheim office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prominent industry leader with significant potential for personal and professional growth.
- Provide litigation, pre-litigation and preventative litigation services and advice in an efficient, cost-effective manner across two key practice areas: Property & Casualty and Auto litigation cases.
- Provide review and evaluation of all litigated and potentially litigated matters, including coverage issues, liability and damages values.
- Represent company interests at court conferences, arbitrations and/or trials if needed.
- Provide review and evaluation of all litigated and potentially litigated matters, including coverage issues, liability and damages values.
- Provide case evaluations and settlement recommendations to upper management.
- 5+ years of law firm experience and experience with P&C or Commercial Auto cases.
- In-house Attorney experience within an insurance carrier is a huge plus!
- JD Degree with admission and good standing with California Bar.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
- Availability for limited travel if needed.
- Base salary up to 150k/year.
