Licensed Fire Alarm Installer - Industrial Manufacturing - Base Salary to 38.00/hour - Franklinville, NY

- Our client is seeking a skilled Fire Alarm System Installer to oversee the installation of a new fire alarm system in a newly built food processing facility located in Franklinville, NY. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary experience and hold a valid New York State Fire Alarm Installer License.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation process of fire alarm systems in compliance with state and local codes.
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers and other on-site teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
- Supervise and evaluate the work of subordinate personnel and assists in training of staff members
- Provide field oversight and QA/QC review of contractor work and verifies compliance with applicable Codes and Standards
- Witnesses and conducts inspections and tests to verify that installations are completed in a workmanlike manner and follow good engineering practices
Qualifications:
- New York State Fire Alarm Installer License, required
- Proven experience in installing fire alarm systems.
- Strong understanding of relevant safety regulations and codes.
Compensation:
- Base salary to 38.00/hour
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits
- 401k program
- Pier Diem pays up $125 if more than 80 miles from job site
- Company Vehicle
- Paid time off
