Landscape Maintenance Account Manager - Landscaping - Base Salary to 75k/year - Seattle, WA

• Our client specializes in landscape design, construction, and maintenance services for commercial public spaces, corporate campuses and condominiums, and residential yards. They focus on sustainable landscape options including reduced water and energy costs, pollution prevention, and wildlife benefits.
• The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager will work closely with landscape maintenance crews to provide year-round Landscape Maintenance to 50 - 60 customers from commercial, high-end residential, and HOA properties.

Responsibilities:

• Responsively and proactively address our client’ s landscaping needs.
• Efficiently run and manage 50 - 60 maintenance routes to ensure profitability.
• Train and develop maintenance crew members to increase their knowledge.
• Track and analyze data on contract performances to ensure efficiency and bid accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated Landscape Account Management experience. Post secondary education degrees or certification in landscaping/ornamental horticulture.
• Common PNW plant knowledge, disease and pest identification, and pruning/planting techniques.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 75k/year
