Junior Estimator – Commercial Construction – Base Salary to 80k/Year + Bonus – Dillsburg, PA

- The Junior Estimator will estimate commercial construction jobs and be a crucial part of our successful team.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret commercial construction documents to provide estimates
- Material take-offs
- Collect and analyze current labor costs in the market
- Maintain subcontractor database
- Obtain procurement costs and update vendor database
Requirements:
- 2+ years of commercial estimating
- Able to interpret construction documents and related materials
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel
Compensation:
- Base salary to 80k/year
- PTO and benefits package
