Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 80k/year - Spring City, PA

• Our client, an established, thriving independent insurance agency in Spring City, PA, is looking for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative will manage a dynamic book of business, focusing on commercial auto clients, including salvage.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of a diverse portfolio, including commercial auto, salvage, flood, and workers compensation accounts.
• Handle proposals, claims management, and renewals with efficiency and precision.
• Issue auto ID cards, certificates, and perform necessary policy updates.
• Serve as the go-to contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns about their commercial accounts.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial auto insurance experience.
• Proficient with AMS360.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Proven ability to manage a large book of business, with no selling or soliciting required.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 80k/year, with bonus potential
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
• In-office role with the possibility of a hybrid schedule after an initial period.
