Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative – Privately Owned Agency – Base Salary to 60k/year – Nanuet, NY

• Our client, a 35+ year privately owned insurance agency in Nanuet, NY, has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (internally titled Multiline CSR) to join their team. Their internal team is close knit, and possesses many years of knowledge in the industry!

Responsibilities:

• Perform policy updates and provide certificates of insurance.
• Payment processing for commercial and personal line customers.
• Enter new business into the system.
• Review customers’ current coverage and make recommendations to round out policies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Commercial and Personal Lines experience.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 60k/year.
• The benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Paid Holidays, etc.
• Ability to work in-office.
