Personal Lines Senior Client Advisor - Independent Agency - Base Salary to 100k/year - Greenwich, CT
  • Our client, a well-respected 100-year-old independent insurance agency in the Greenwich, CT area is looking for a Personal Lines Senior Client Advisor to join their close-knit team.

Responsibilities:
  • In this role, the Personal Lines Senior Client Advisor will be responsible for daily service to an assigned book of roughly 300 middle market & high net worth clients. Responsible for quoting, placement, and servicing of high value homeowners, secondary homes, auto, flood, umbrella, valuables, watercraft, collectibles, and workers compensation. Specific duties include: Phone, Email, & In-person customer service; marketing new & renewal business, seeking new business referrals, preparing endorsements, seek cross-sell opportunities and suggest new lines of coverage, invoicing as needed, maintaining accurate files, and reviewing renewals. They work in a team-based atmosphere so you will have support.

Qualifications:
  • Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed
  • EPIC experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience in servicing high net worth clients.
  • Experience with carriers including Chubb, AIG/PCS, PURE, BerkleyOne, Cincinnati, Travelers and Progressive.

Compensation:
  • Base salary in the 75k - 100k/year range, plus a lucrative commission structure.
  • 100% Employer Paid Health Insurance, 401k, Profit Sharing, Paid Holidays, Multiple Bonuses, Long/Short Term Disability, PTO, etc.
  • Ideally 5 days a week in office. They can be flexible/accommodating for hybrid once caught up to speed.
  • Can provide phone/computer for home office. Commute stipend if close to Greenwich, CT.
