Insurance Customer Service Representative – Insurance Agency – Base Salary to 38k/year – Boerne, TX
- Our client, who has been in business for over 30 years, has an immediate need for an Insurance Customer Service Representative. The Insurance Customer Service Representative will be primarily responsible for supporting our team of Account Managers. Answer inbound client calls about insurance policies, coverages, claims, and policy changes. Handle client issues, present appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issues have been resolved.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience handling commercial accounts.
- AMS360 or Epic Knowledge required
Compensation: This position includes a base salary of 30k - 38k/year, group benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance. This is an in-office role.
