Installation Manager – Family-Owned Mechanical Servicing Company – Base Salary to 90k/year – Owensboro, KY
- Our client is a family-owned mechanical servicing company with over 45 years of experience. They have an excellent company culture with room for growth!
- They are currently looking for an Installation Manager for their team in Owensboro. The Installation Manager will be responsible for project planning and management, team leadership, quality assurance, and client communication and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans for new HVAC system installations, including timelines, personnel needed, and project costs.
- Coordinate with leadership to ensure that project specifications and requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Lead and motivate a team of install technicians, ensuring that they are properly trained, equipped, and organized to complete project effectively.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the installation team.
- Conduct regular inspections of installation work to ensure compliance with standards, company guidelines, and client specifications.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold the integrity and performance of installed HVAC systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during installation projects, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the installation process.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and any potential issues to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in HVAC system installation, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 80k – 90k/year range and full benefits. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more.
