Inside Sales Representative - Lab Equipment Manufacturer - Base Salary to 85k/year - Glassboro, NJ

• Our client is a plastics manufacturer serving the biotech and life sciences industry. The team is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (internally titled Technical Sales Representative) to add to the team.
  
• The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for coordinating and planning sales efforts for the lab equipment product segment. This will be an in-office position.

Responsibilities:

• Expand current market segment for the lab equipment division
  
• Manage current customer base
  
• Use of technical selling to achieve divisional metrics
  
• Provide recommendations for new product development based on customers
  
• Deliver sales quotes to customers and prospects
  
• Provide training and demo's to end users as needed
  
• Act as main point of contact for client questions & concerns

Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Business or Marketing
  
• 10+ years in technical sales role in the life sciences industry
  
• Background in selling lab equipment is a plus
  
• Familiarity with technical sales process and cycle from start to end
  
• Background in customizable selling
  
• Experience using CRM system
  
• Ability to travel to HQ, in United Kingdom, as needed

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary up to 85k/year plus gain share bonus up to 15%. The team also offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401k with employer match.
