Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Power Systems - Strong Base Salary / Commission / Benefits

  • Our client, a growing industrial and residential power equipment company, has an immediate need for a skilled Inside Sales Representative for their Middletown, Cincinnati, and Columbus region.  The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads and new business, selling power systems and service contracts to both the industrial and residential marketplace.
  • In terms of more specific details, the candidate in this role will be making sales contacts for new business through phone and email communication.  They will also combine marketing activities such as direct mail, network and tradeshow events to help their sales efforts. The candidate in this role will also be responsible for the staging of the equipment showroom for the Middletown branch. Ultimately, the Inside Sales Representative will be trained as a product expert so to properly sell the product and provide solutions to the customer base.  Upon interest, a full job description will be provided.

Compensation in this position will vary based on experience but will include a strong salary of $19-$20 per hour, plus commission and bonus potential and full benefits. 

Requirements for this position include at least 2 years of previous B2B sales experience within the power generator industry, selling standby power systems. Working knowledge of engines and electricity is preferred.
