Inside Claims Representative – Regional Insurance Carrier – Base Salary to 100k/year – Hanover, MD
- Our client, a fantastic Regional Insurance Carrier, has an immediate need for a skilled Inside Claims Representative for their team in the Hanover, MD area.
- The Inside Claims Representative will handle automobile accident claims. This position is responsible for conducting liability and coverage investigations, bodily injury and property damage evaluations, as well as successfully negotiating the settlement of first and third party injury and property damage claims. You will not just be a number on a huge team. You will be part of their family where you will play a real part in the success of the company, will have the opportunity to grow your career and where you will actually have fun at work. The company has been growing for over 30 years, and is very strong and stable. They have an excellent reputation in the industry.
Qualifications: 2+ years claims adjusting experience , with vehicle /automobile experience, both BI and PD. Bachelor's Degree is required.
Compensation: This position offers a base salary in the 65k – 100k/year range, annual bonus, excellent benefits package including life and 100% employer paid health insurance including dental and vision, a strong bonus program, a 401k with 100% match, a college savings program for children, flexible spending accounts, and tuition assistance.
