Account Manager - IT Solutions - Base Salary of 120k/year - Bellevue, WA

• Our client, a global IT solutions provider, specializes in delivering Microsoft-focused digital services and business solutions. Backed by robust financial support and a rapidly expanding U.S. Presence, they are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen existing client relationships and drive sustained growth.
• The Account Manager will cultivate and expand relationships within Microsoft’ s mid-market and partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities, increasing account value, and ensuring long-term client success.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing Microsoft contacts and partners, ensuring strong, long-term collaboration.
• Identify new business opportunities within current accounts, cross-selling and upselling IT solutions to drive growth.
• Act as the primary contact for mid-market and partner-level Microsoft clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop proposals, manage contracts, and ensure successful project execution.
• Partner with offshore delivery teams and technical experts to provide seamless service to clients.
• Stay informed about Microsoft’ s partner ecosystem, identifying trends and opportunities for business expansion.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT solutions or software sales.
• Established relationships within Microsoft
• Proven track record of managing and growing existing accounts
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and emerging technologies.
• Experience working with Microsoft technologies or within Microsoft’ s partner ecosystem is a plus.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 90k - 120k/year range, with commission potential.
