Industrial HVAC Boiler Technician - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 62.00/hour - Denver, CO

• Our client, a stable, fast-growing mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for an Industrial HVAC Boiler Technician in Denver, Colorado. Our client has been in business for over 50 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. They are a continually growing company, and they are looking to add an experienced Industrial HVAC Boiler Technician to help them take this division to new heights.
  
• The Industrial HVAC Boiler Technician will be focused on servicing and supporting large commercial and industrial steam and hot water boiler systems. The Industrial HVAC Boiler Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing boilers, often in hospitals, universities, major manufacturing facilities, and commercial office buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled work in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and industrial boiler systems.
  
• Service and maintain high-capacity boilers ranging from 3 to 10 million BTUs to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair both steam and hot water boiler systems.
  
• Conduct system testing and performance tuning to optimize efficiency and reliability.
  
• Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational standards.
  
• Accurately complete and submit detailed daily service reports documenting all work performed and system conditions.
  
• Participation in an on-call rotation is required, with additional compensation provided for on-call duty.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience servicing and repairing large commercial boilers and burners (3 - 10 million BTUs)
  
• Strong background working with both steam and hot water boiler systems
  
• Proficiency in tuning power boilers and optimizing performance
  
• Hands-on experience with Cleaver-Brooks and Weishaupt (Wysop) boilers
  
• Working knowledge of AutoFlame
  
• Proven ability to diagnose complex boiler issues and implement effective solutions

Compensation:

• Base salary to 62.00/hour
