Industrial Account Manager - Industrial Paint and Coatings - Base Salary to 60k/year - Tulsa, OK
  • Our client is an employee owned, industry leading, paints and coatings distributor. Serving both the automotive and industrial industries, our client has over 200 locations nationwide. The team is looking to add an Industrial Account Manager to their Greater Tulsa area team.
  • The Industrial Account Manager will be tasked with bringing in new business as well as maintaining existing customers to help with the growth of the industrial division while achieving monthly sales goals. This position requires up to 50% travel within designated territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Make sales calls on assigned accounts
  • Stay up to date on all competitive products
  • Ability to perform competitor analysis to stay on top of competition
  • Aid Store Manager in resolving customer problems and questions

Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma, Plus for BS/BA Degree
  • Minimum of 3+ years of related paints/coatings sales experience; industrial sales preferred
  • Working knowledge of various principles & methods for showing, promoting, and selling products
  • Ability to work in fast paced sales environment
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts across state-wide territory
  • Must be willing to travel locally within territory

Compensation:
  • Our client is offering a base salary of up to 60k/year, plus commission and a standard benefits package. Client company also pays for all travel and provides company laptop and phone.
