Our client is an industrial safety equipment company that needs to expand their IT side with a few new hires. Our client is looking to bring on an IT Program Manager that will work to guide teams, product owners and managers to be responsible for strategic technical initiatives. They are offering a base salary in the 110k - 120k/year range for this position plus benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects.
- Decide on suitable strategies and objectives.
- Coordinate cross-project activities.
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
- Apply change, risk, and resource management.
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI.
- Manage organizational communication for program priority, status, risk, execution, and operation.
Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Proven experience as a Program and/or Project Manager in a rapidly growing environment.
- Ability to work independently, but also with a team.
- Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods. (SAFE, Agile, Scrum)
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong project management tools experience. (Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, and Ecom systems are important.
- Experience managing a fast-changing environment with many system implementations and enhancements
Compensation: includes a base salary in the 110k - 120k/year range, plus benefits.
