Heavy Civil Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction Company - Base Salary to 130k/year - Savannah, GA

As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a Heavy Civil Project Manager who shares their passion for innovation, quality, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of civil construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and conflicts in a proactive manner.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to maximize team performance and morale.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in managing civil construction projects, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction methods in earthwork, utilities, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Proficiency with Scheduling, RFI’s, and Change-Orders.
- Willingness to travel.
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 130k/year.
- Credit card or vehicle allowance.
- Paid housing for travel.
- Per diem on top of base pay when traveling.
