HVAC Technician - Oil and Gas - Base Salary to 40.00/hour - Waterbury, VT

• Our client, a well-established fuel distribution company, is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join their growing Oil and Propane Division in Middlebury, Vermont. This position focuses on performing high-quality service, maintenance, and installation work while ensuring safety, accuracy, and excellent customer service. As the company continues to expand, they are looking for a dedicated technician who takes pride in their craft and delivers reliable, professional results.

Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC installations, replacements, and service work for oil and propane systems.
  
• Complete diagnostic assessments, troubleshoot equipment issues, and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
  
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, state requirements, and industry best practices.
  
• Maintain high workmanship standards by completing all tasks with precision and professionalism.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC service and installation.
  
• A valid Vermont propane piping and service technician license and/or CETP certification; EPA certification is a plus.
  
• Hands-on propane experience with installations and service work

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 40.00/hour
• 401k plan with a 5% company match.
